In 2015, we embarked on an exhilarating adventure, blending our passion for iconic TV shows and blockbuster movies with our love for delicious, mouth-watering food. The concept? Pop culture-themed burgers – a fusion of fandom and flavor that simply had to exist. We kicked off this epic journey with a van, eager to share our culinary creations.

TRANSFORMED THE LOCAL FOOD SCENE

Our quest took us to every comic con across the North West, where we found our destiny in Warrington. In September 2017, we made a grand entrance, like a spaceship crash-landing, and since then, the amazing folks of Warrington have been relishing our unique burgers. Our menu has evolved to include sizzling hot dogs, succulent boneless wings, and sumptuous loaded fries. With over a hundred distinctive burgers under our belt, and many more culinary delights in the pipeline, we’ve truly transformed the local food scene.

Our innovative approach has garnered multiple accolades, including the Warrington Guardian’s awards for ‘Best Independent Business‘ and ‘Best Customer Service’. We’ve also been twice shortlisted at the prestigious JUST EAT Takeaway Awards in London (2019 and 2022), shining as one of the top takeaways in the North West. Our fame skyrocketed when competitive eating legend Beardmeatsfood conquered our food challenge, with the epic showdown amassing over 750,000 views on YouTube. In July 2020, we took a giant leap by settling into the new Warrington Market, nestled in the multimillion-pound Times Square development. Here, alongside our sister dessert venture Dark Side Of The Spoon, we’re making culinary history.

HAND-PRESSED PERFECTION

We pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients; our bread is freshly baked by a local bakery, and our meats are sourced from regional butchers. Each burger is hand-pressed and cooked to perfection – think smash patties before they hit the mainstream. We’re redefining fast food with our commitment to restaurant-quality, lovingly prepared meals, served at our own pace. Our mission? To make food an exciting, value-for-money experience, coupled with unparalleled customer service.

A NEW CHAPTER

2022 marked a new chapter with the opening of our first dark kitchen in Howley. This innovative delivery hub enables us to deliver our menu directly to the doors of central Warrington. Now, the excitement of the new Sonic Chilly Dog, with its spicy kick and bold flavours, along with the now legendary Kevin Bacon Burger and our revamped SideQuests menu, is within reach.

This strategic move not only expands our reach but also ensures that a wider audience can enjoy the exceptional taste and quality that define our menu.

What’s next on the menu? Our culinary adventure is far from over – we’re constantly in the kitchen, dreaming up new and exciting ideas. The expansion of our delivery kitchen’s menu is just a taste of what’s to come.
